Q: Whenever I try to extract a file_id.diz in the File List Manager, I keep getting the same one. Why is that?
A: There is another file_id.diz in your directory that is marked Read
Only (a nasty trick sometimes pulled on unsuspecting sysops). This
prevents the file from being unzipped. Look in the directory where
Config is located and manually remove the *.diz file that is there. You
may have to set the property of the file to not be Read Only.
