Please note that you do need to have at least v5.06 of
PowerBBS installed in order to upgrade.
If you do not, you may download v5.06 below. This is ALL you need to
upgrade. You do not need any later version to upgrade. So if you are not sure of how to
upgrade, just simply download and install v5.06 below first, then come
back and install the v5.50 upgrades.
